Mr. Harsha R. Ghaligi is co-founder of the firm. Mr. Harsha R. Ghaligi is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than a decade of standing in the profession. With 11 years of post-qualification experience, he has served clients ranging from global MNCs to SMEs, handling end-to-end engagement lifecycle. He is involved in successfully closing transaction involving term loans, NCD transactions and other structured loans. The role includes understanding of the nature of requirement of funding, preparation of cash flow, presenting details as required by lenders/investors and conducting due diligences. He has worked on deal closures totaling US $ 70 million.
